Musings and rants on hair loss by the editor of Morphollica.com

Keeping it simple.

Posted on Thursday 23 October 2003

Here’s how to keep your regimen simple, so that you don’t quit after the excitement of starting a regimen winds down.

1) Use no more than 3 topicals.

2) Apply topicals no more than twice per day.

3) If you use Propecia (or another internal treatment or set of internal treatments) do so in the morning when you wake up.

4) Do not visit hair loss sites more than once a day (for Pete’s sake!).

5) Take a picture of yourself now, then don’t think about your hair loss for the next 6 months, keep applying your regimen, and then take another picture at the end of the 6 months and compare.

Just keep things in perspective and try to not fret over your hair loss. If you look after your health and your attitude, your hair loss really doesn’t matter as much.
