ive used this before for bout 4 to 5 months? did not see improvements but maybe it takes longer. Its very light though and has a nice citrus smell. My mum's friend said it worked for her but well its up to individuals, hth.

Anyone who has indian friends/relative etc and can find out from them more about fenugreek seeds? Apparently indians use this as a hair treatment and it contains stuff like protein, hormone precursors and some phyto things.

But honestly none of these alternative topicals actually have any stunning regrowth like some who manage to get with minox isn't it. ive honestly yet to see anyone with full regrowth on these topicals, like the minox users on success stories section of hlt.
