I agree with your assessment, however as I mentioned its hard to tell as the current rounds of pictures are almost worlds apart. One thing I would have liked to have seen would be a lithium-ion battery rather than a Li-MH which tends to discharge itself whilst not in use, Ni-MH batteries also are also fragile when it comes to charging as overcharging can damage the cells... for the price it should have been a lithium-ion batt...
