Can't really deny Gaunitz's success, though. My favorite is on the Temples 2 page, fifth one down, right column... ignorant amount of regrowth. Must be nice

Rye,

Are you worried that the constant/long term use of caspacian may eventually result in diminished Substance P levels?

t-flavanone and other topical anti-fibrotic measures

I honestly do believe that fibrosis - and especially the "fibrotic overlay" we see on the scalp - is probably a great contributor to why we don't really see spectacular terminal hair regrowth in AGA. I recall reading that miniaturizing follicles will re-enlarge when transplanted onto mice... proof t...

Re: Thinning Galea + Blood Flow?

Interesting post, Zix. I'd probably have to stick the "blood flow is good" crowd, though. I guess my logic is that it's known that follicles die when deprived of their blood supply. I suppose I could maybe see a reduced blood supply slowing down hairloss in that there would theoretically be a reduct...

From Mibelle: Reversion of Senescence Signs in Fibroblast Cells Senescence is a natural process that, after about 50 divisions, stops the capacity of the cell to undergo further divisions. But senescence can also happen earlier in a cell’s life, for example as response to damage to the cellular DNA....
