Re: ***Lasers***

I have used lasers for probably ... well let me think here... it must be going on a year.

As I said at regrowth multiple times (resulting in rage induced replies by the LLLT guard dogs), I think lasers are a fair treatment. I personally have no doubt that it is HELPFUL... these claims of miracle regrowth and permanent cessation of MPB were ridiculous and I said it multiple times.

If your balding is anything like mine, then your only hope is to hit this thing from every angle you can. That means: diet, exercise, vitamins, a low dosage of 5ar inhibitors, topicals, shampoos, LLLT, and the list goes on. I do all that %&$!... and if I'm still going bald... how the hell do you think LLLT alone is going to save your hair?

@Elsom Topical Users

So, based on my 2.5 month observations, I am extremely pleased with my progress thus far on Nanoscalp, Juveline, and ScalpExtreme. I REALLY hope things continue to progress in a positive direction.

My question for my fellow elsom users is... what products have you seen the most results from? I would like to give Terminal 1 & 2 a try after this, but I am scared to change my regimen at all. I feel like I should really get all I can from the current line up before I change anything.

Thoughts? Comments?

Also, did any of you give that Deline green that came as a free sample recently a try? %&$! is AWESOME, the bags under my eyes are completely gone.

Hormonal Imbalance + Canker Sores & Shedding

Hey everybody! So, I get canker sores (mouth ulcers for you non-Americans) and they drive me to the brink of my sanity. BUT, what I have noticed about them is, I tend to have all sorts of symptoms all pop up at the same time. I get canker sores, pimples (which I don't normally), my hair starts shedding, and I just feel like %&$! in general.

All this happens and lasts around 2 weeks, and then all my symptoms fade and I feel great. Hair feels awesome, mouth is fine, no pimples etc.

I have read that cankers are much more common in women ESPECIALLY during their period, which leads me (and others) to believe that they are caused by hormonal imbalance which results in some kind of immune system depression or autoimmune type response.

Has anyone successfully dealt with these things? Also, is anyone with a bit more understanding of all these systems able to comment on the correlation between cankers + shedding (because there definitely is one... at least, for me).

Okay, so just for my own future reference...

Shampoo Rotation = Nizoral 2% + Micellerin Green + Nioxin System 2
Topical Rotation = ScalpXtreme, Juveline, Nanoscalp, Juveline, ScalpXtreme in the mornings... and Super Zix II at night (at least for a while, I would like to eliminate this eventually, but I learned my lesson with revivogen).
Vitamins = Multivitamin w/ Saw Palmetto, Tocotrieniols, Resveratrol, and considering taking Curcumin + Taurine..
rX = 0.72mg Finasteride daily.
Food = Vegetarian while trying to avoid sugary stuff.
Exercise = 20 minutes of cardio a day.
Other %&$! = Laser Helmet 3x a week.

So yeah. If my hair keeps falling out, there is no #$%! hope.
