To answer your question though Espio while not doing exactly the Pauling Protocol and enzymes such as Serrapeptase & Nattokinase is doing something very similiar. He mentioned something along the lines th...

Hey OMG,
lol, I've seen the commercials for that episode.
What's sad is that Aussie is still a puppy and she's acting like that.

OMG, Here are some quotes from Valderama: "there is a very good study which says aa blocks 90 % of dht when combined with b6 and zinc and also another which had 50% of areata sufferers responding. The xandrox people claim that aa reduces dht by 90% i used their products for years and i ended up not ...

Re: My new pre-laser session prep routine
Hey Sonic74,
I've never noticed a shed using French Green Clay in my hair.
I also take it internally on occasion and again, no problem there either.

FWIW, I tried the ACV with French Green Clay for the first time last night and I like it better than just using the clay. It bubbles as it's on your head ... for lack of a better term.

Re: My new pre-laser session prep routine
Thanks for the info Justme123.
But yeah, there is definitely a correlation between removing that sebum and getting sore.
On occasion, I'll use French Green Clay. I'll have to add the ACV to the FGC and see what that's like.
Thanks for the update again.
