I think I read somewhere that you would need to run at your peak intensity for at least 20 minutes every day to even see a real measurable impact on your T levels. I certainly wouldn't worry about it.

Every time I started a propecia or fin, within a few weeks I would get testicular pain. I have been on and off the stuff for yours... I know, not ideal, but whatever.

I've thought about immunotherapy in the past as well. Only I have seen people that have had it done and they're still sniffling and sneezing as much as me.... So I don't know. I think controlling the symptoms is the best thing we can hope for with the current "treatments" out there.

I am in the pharmaceutical industry. You would be shocked and amazed at how much faking/lying there really is. It is really disgusting. Especially when an individual scientist makes a huge discovery, it gets covered up and passed over, grants get restricted and weird crap happens. For instance ther...
