What refers to mild shampoo?
I have been reading a lot about hair loss and dandruff. A lot many people and experts say to use mild shampoo. Now my question is what refers to mild shampoo? How can we identify that the shampoo is mild and it won't have severe effects on the health of our hair? Please help. I am totally confused.
