Functions of vitamins
Vitamins are very important for the proper functioning of the body. They are present in minute quantities in our food & are required by the body in minute quantities only. They are, so to say, catalysts in our body, as they assist & hasten metabolic activities. Vitamin A, C, B (complex), E are so necessary for fitness and overall health.

Thats so True that vitamins and minerals are very important for are overall growth and development and also well being.
Thats the reason why I say We are what we eat our skin hair and body depuicts it loud the quality and the qnty of food you eat.
