Im taking it internally and noticed clarity of mind relaxed feeling yet full of enrgy but i m taking 1000 mg per day not sure i can afford it.But based on the study, ive decided twice a day to apply mixure of 250 mg lactoferrin with 1 ml water and dmso to left side of head and keep applying the phytocelltec to the right side of head and evaluate after a month or 2.The study is interesting i thought.I just have so many thinngs i want to try and hate throwing away 2 or 3 months on a treatment that might not do squat.
