Stem cells for longer hair growth
"Biologists at L’Oreal, for instance, have recently put work on the growth cycle of hair to good use. Years of studying stem cells in hair roots has allowed them to find ways of tweaking the natural processes to produce new beauty products. One such product, due to be launched next month, is a mascara called Hypnôse Precious Cells, which promotes the growth of longer eyelashes by increasing the three-month growth cycle before they fall out."

Good post.
It appears that it will only be available in colored mascara and not an eyelash conditioner like Revitalash n' them.

Re: Stem cells for longer hair growth
apparently it contains, Madecassoside, an extract of Centella Asiatica also known as Gotu Kola.

Found this out about gotu kola:
"In one study Gotu Kola was orally administered to some alopecic rats, and over time was shown to, check this out: thicken epidermis and restore thick hair growth, actually speeding it up beyond its original growth rate. Sounds a lot like Viviscal, with the epidermis thickening mechanism of action. Remember epidermis naturally thins with male pattern balding (in the scalp), and overall with aging. What I don't know is how the dosage given the rats would correlate with human consumption."

Gotu Kola was in something of Elsom's I used. Here's an oil combo that contains it: http://www.tattvasherbs.com/-strse-34/h ... Detail.bok and I'm sure there are plenty of other hair products that contain it.

Yep, it's also in this product, however this version is probably pricey given it's from a Multinational. Best to source the natural original and do some DIY..
