Renokin looks promising

Post by cloud9 » Sat Sep 11, 2010 7:29 am

I seen this topical called Renokin on regrowth and it looked very interesting . I couldn't find any site to buy it in the states so for . Thought I would past it here for you guys to check out.

http://www.renokin.com/ You can buy it at http://www.galenion.com/shop.php?action ... _id=200202

I just stumbled across it a few days ago. They use wnt mimicking peptides, which is what Histogen uses for their injectible. The other growth factors are Nokkin and Kearmin2. The downside is, it is expensive :-(

I looked at pics from their clinical trials they conducted in Germany last year, and it looks quiet impressive http://www.renokin.com/index.php?pgname ... ub_in_vivo

I don't know why people aren't talking about this. This product shows a lot of promise..More than the other stuff being talked about here.

The biggest problem I have with this stuff is finding a place to buy it . All the sites I went to are in another language . I just cant understand enough of the sites to order anything off them .

hey Cloud,

i received mine and began trialing it last friday. Contact Renokin directly.. a bit costly tho. My contact was Michelle Kim, although she has just left the company. her replacement is EJ (ej@caregen.co.kr)

Cost to purchase and ship to Canada was:

$80US / RENOKIN Hair Revitalizing Solution
$30US / RENOKIN Hair Revitalizing Shampoo

Delivery was also $30, add an additional $30 for bank transfer and for me in Canada, an additional $33.50 duty.

so total was a fair amount, but still cheaper than DermaHeal's Steam C'rum which i had tried 4 packages of... for a total of 20 months of trial.. with no quantitative results.

This does look promising, and i will update with my results.

Good luck!

so $80 for the solution + $30 for delivery + $30 for bank transfer = $140 per month? OUCH

If this stuff is better than dermaheal hair concentrate serum then we should have something, I like how it uses a different mechanism

after using dermaheal for 16 months I switched over to Renokin. It has been a month, I've noticed it absorbs better and the small vellus hairs are perking up and shedding is next to nothing. The conditioner is great as well

Good to hear your results. When you say shedding is next to nothing ? Does that mean you were shedding using dermaheal and once you switched to renokin shedding stopped?

Because the product they are pushing is a well established scam, its nothing more than an LED flashling and a few bottles of over priced minox... ask yourself why else would they have to resort to such tactics.

On a more positive note, renokin seems to be getting more and more people purchasing it so we are bound to here some news soon.

I got my renokin a few days back and been using it. It says use twice a day.
It doesnt have any form of measurement as its just a spray bottle. Anybody here know who many sprays to use per day as its absent from the instructions.

Yes im in australia and have seen the ads also.
It shows a basically bald man and then in a short while later it has pics with a full grown head of hair.
All from using the leimo laser. I dont know why they are not sued for blatant false advertising.

Cool thanks for keeping us informed, everyone seems to be keeping hush hush about things lately.
Next year unless something better comes along I will be giving this a try and trx2, so hopefully I can keep this thread alive.

By that time http://renokinusa.com should be up and there should be better availabilities for it too.

What bothers me about Renokin is that the Shampoo and Conditioner contain panthenol which I am trying to stay away from, I wouldn't use a harsh detergent on a coat of paint on my car so why would I use one on my scalp. i believe someone somewhere asked them about the use of panthenol in their shampoo and conditioner and were given a foolish response, I also believe there is a rumor that the shampoo and conditioner will be redevoloped soon possibly without panthenol.

Another foolish thing is a certain individual whose group may be selling the stuff is running around saying "this stuff works"..I think it was in a response to questions about studies or proof. Who cares, it works!..or something similar was said.

The stuff looks good..but give it some time to find out first :-s

Yeah, the product seems like its okay but I just haven't heard anything at all yet from anyone not here or any other site, I am not using anything at the moment so I am keeping a close eye on things as they progress, I may give this one a shot but at $90+ (most likely over $100 a month easily deliver to my door) for 60ml it is terribly expensive if I knew exactly what to expect from trials being carried out by the public it would be great but I guess only time will tell.
Having long hair its hard to get your moneys worth as it would be difficult to apply without wasting it on application.
I noticed someone asked how much should be used daily my assumption would be 2ml daily (1ml in the morning and another 1ml at night) if you want it to last for the entire month, as to how much that translates into pumps I am not sure, I guess you could find some sort of measuring cup and delicately spray/pump the product into it and count how many spray pumps it takes to make 1ml and you should have you answer.

I am assuming it would be 2ml daily simply on a rough ml relative to the number of days in a month, I am also basing this on something I read on the website about twice daily and my use of another product which also was 60ml and required 2ml daily as I suggested, it came with a dropper and suggested 1ml per application (morning/night) which as I said sounds reasonable considering it is expected to last a month.

Perhaps someone else can shed some light on it or how they are going with it all.

EDIT: Grrr... I just seen a commercial of famous hair loss scam product on tv just after I posted this, I may ask the TGA soon about them and find out exactly whats the story.

I just sent them a email on how many sprays to use for the entire scalp, I'm on my second bottle and use it in the morning and evening and seem to be going through this stuff fast.
