Re: Capillogain® Tonic
@Jacob
DynamSop and DynamBay were not formulated by me. They are relicts and I don´t care about them.
We will come up with a Triaminodil free version of Capillogain Tonic soon
and then we will remove DynamSop and DynamBay from our product list.

No, that is not the question at all!Aks20 wrote:HI Jacob it's the same company and product, functional products... But the million dollar question, did it work?? Or was it yet another no clear results sort of topical? Your candid assesment welcomed. CG has triaminodil so I was wondering about these other two topicals.... Btw did you find an equol replacement? I mixed folexen with vodka and used it as a topical, while it didn't thicken my hair much, it really stopped shedding most of the times I used it...it was safer IMHO than 5alpha r inhibitors.
DynamSop and DynamBay were formulated by other people in the past long time ago and they have nothing to do with Capillogain Tonic. They are just relicts from a time before I came to this company.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
So I take it they don't work? I was bVery interested in the dynambay topical as a means to stop Dht.... But was unsure about safety, I have had a bad experience in the past to 5ar inhibitors such as finasteride.
Incidentally can't you make an s-equol topical? While taking it orally gave me sides, an admittedly self made "in the garage" sort of preparation of folexen (s-equol) plus vodka stopped/reduced my hair loss significantly. I realised how good it was only when I stopped it. As the company stopped / collapsed and I started neogenic. Now neogenic has thickened my hair but ther are bald patches and I continue to lose hair everyday....
If you can't get s-equol how about a Gla - gamma linoleic acid- topical as a replacement of dynambay? As Gla per your report doesn't go systemic? I googled but apart from revivogen nobody has it....
Ps when will the non triamonidil topical come out and can one order it from Asia or India? If I order capillogain right now and shift to ur new topical when it comes out, will I have a shed?
Also is capillogain safe to use with neogenic- I have a box of that remaining....

Better skip it for a while. I think it is risky since it is a Histamine receptor inhibitor but histamine may be important for anagen induction:tinytim wrote:i forgot to add fred i am also using topical certrizine any thoughts on that or should i drop that?

I didn't use it long enough to know. From what I recall they kind of disappeared for awhile there- couldn't get responses from them etc. There must be SOMEone out there who's used it/them for awhile....Aks20 wrote:HI Jacob it's the same company and product, functional products... hey Synthese,
how long should you wait after an application of Capillogain before taking part in high intensity cardio and perspiration? I know the solution absorbs quickly, but will perspiring cause the solution to come out?

Capillogain Tonic
Re: Capillogain® Tonic
Hi SyntheseLabRat,
I'll ask my question here , so everyone benefits (as opposed to sending you an email - as I expect your mailbox gets flooded these days - but hey, that's probably what you guys were hoping for at Synthese, right ? )
My 2 questions:
1) I was one of the first to hop onto the Capillogain bandwagon and I immediately went in full on and bought 5 bottles.
I'm currently on my second bottle.
I have been reading 'alot' of messages lately that state there is a second batch, some things will be left out in the future releases etc.
I was wondering if the first batch is still worth using ?! Should I be returning them (as per your return policy?) and get bottles from the new batch instead ?
2) I've read some (yet to be confirmed) stuff about some eye issues (redness, dryness, ...) (on the german forums). Since I am a dry eye sufferer I cannot have any added strain on my eyes, any comments on that?
As always,
Thanks again for your time. We really appreciate it! We do , even if it seems "we" sometimes don't

1)
We have not removed any ingredient from Capillogain Tonic. We just increased the concentration for some ingredients. As a consequence we reached the maximum solubility capacity of the vehicle which lead to a little bit undissolved material.
The first batch is still worth using, it worked for many people. The positive results reported so far stem all from the first batch.
Again, we did not remove any ingredient from Capillogain Tonic. Increasing the concentration of some ingredients a little bit is part of a natural evolution of a product.
2)
The concentration of some ingredients is increased in the new batches. If somebody really got sides he may try to reduce the applied amount.

I have uploaded a description for Capillogain Shampoo:

Take a look especially at the FGF-5 inhibitor.
It will be available in our shop and at amazon soon.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
@swissTemples
Are you applying Capillogain Tonic now the way I told you, or at least similar?
Products like this need a humidity gradient inside the skin. Therefore you have to soak the skin with Capillogain Tonic; tapping won´t work I suppose.
With a gel, foam, or oil it is different, they stay for a long time in place. But our stuff is very liquid and runny; still you have to find a way to build up a humidity gradient inside the skin as driving force for the delivery.

The shampoo looks good Will the FGF-5 inhibitor make it into a topical do you think?

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
The FGF-5 inhibitor will make it into the Tonic.
Btw, the Tonic is at reduced price again until end of January at amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_ ... apillogain
As far as I know it is planned as the last reduced price period.
Jacob, check the Shampoo page again, I think our backup system undid my work of the last two hours but now I fixed it.

Well, the humidity gradient should stem from Capillogain Tonic, not from water.Jacob wrote:I always apply it about 15 mins after washing my hair. Seems to absorb very well.

I am not sure what happens if the skin is already soaked with water before you apply Capillogain Tonic.
But 15 minutes is long enough I think.

You can read up about FGF-5 and angora cats, dogs, and mice and furry mammoths here:

I will add a bit to that section tomorrow but now I am very tired

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
Yeah that's why I asked earlier if those posters were applying it to a damp scalp or ? Not sure about this topical...but many absorb a bit too well if applied to a wet/damp scalp.SyntheseLabRat wrote:Well, the humidity gradient should stem from Capillogain Tonic, not from water.Jacob wrote:I always apply it about 15 mins after washing my hair. Seems to absorb very well.
The shampoo looks good Will the FGF-5 inhibitor make it into a topical do you think?
I am not sure what happens if the skin is already soaked with water before you apply Capillogain Tonic.
But 15 minutes is long enough I think.
I checked the shampoo page..it's working for me. Same info as before anyways.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
yes, usually damp scalp helps with penetration but I think it should not be too wet. Your 15 minutes waiting routine sounds good.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
I'm at the second day with the second batch of Capillogain, and I'm experimenting a huge shed. Hope it's a good sign.
I usually shed when I add a new product to my regimen, but never after only 2 days. Quite surprising...
Lets see if it is a good sign...

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
I set up a Testimonials section on our page:
http://www.functional-products.net/prod ... ain-tonic/
It is not complete yet, some translations and photos are still missing but it is already very informative.
Check it out, it´s cool, I like it
The photo of the user "kery" looks pretty similar to the results of the user "babarbea".
"kery" is using only Capillogain 1x daily and Fin.
I want to thank Mark again for his passion and effort. Despite the numerous people who wrote positive reports, the number of users who take photos is rather limited and Mark is the only one who wrote a review at amazon.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
Sorry for the late reply but that Shampoo page and Testimonials page was a lot of work.Aks20 wrote:So I take it they don't work?
Equol is on my list, we may add it to one of our future products or to one of our already existing products. Getting Equol is not the problem but we have to check first if it is allowed in a cosmetic product.
Don´t worry too much about hair fall rate, only real hair loss in form of bald areas and miniaturization of hair follicles and in turn miniaturization of hairs is a real problem. If the hair you lose is rather strong, thick and long it is not troublesome. For example, Finasteride causes an increase in the hair fall rate but it is not a bad sign.
We finished the introduction of Capillogain Shampoo recently; it is available in our shop already and soon at amazon. I don´t know when the product without Triaminodil will be ready for purchase. But keep into mind that the first batch of Capillogain Tonic contained only 0.25% of Triaminodil while the new batches contain merely 0.5% Triaminodil. You may want to try it.
I think little Triaminodil/Minoxidil is more safe in the long term since Minoxidil has a biphasic effect. At low concentration Minoxidil increases proliferation which is what we want. But at high concentration it increases differentiation which is not what we want. So, too much Minoxidil is indeed detrimental and those vendors of 15% Minoxidil have no study to back that their stuff really helps more than 5% Minox or doesn´t hurt. I guess they are lucky that their 15% Minoxidil doesn´t really dissolve and their vehicle is so inferior that they effectively end up with a much lower concentration which may do no harm.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9413895
The international shipping really turned out to be a problem since amazon.us doesn´t ship cosmetic products like Capillogain Tonic to other countries at the moment. You can order directly from our page and if your order is huge enough the shipping costs will be zero if I remember that correct. We are in contact with a huge online pharmacy; they ship worldwide and have better shipping conditions than us, but I don´t know when this option will be available.
I can´t foretell if you will experience a shed from switching products. But I assume you won´t get a shed. Please read what I wrote about shedding in one of my previous posts in this thread.
I don´t expect any complications from a parallel use of Capillogain Tonic and the other product you mentioned. However, we have no experience with that combination other that the reports from the forums from users who use it in parallel like the user "hungrylikethewolf" who reported success with this combination (see our new Testimonials section http://www.functional-products.net/prod ... ain-tonic/ ).

There is a problem with your websites order page. On selecting buy, the final page, promptly takes you to a page which asks you to login again!!
I wanted to order some 3 bottles to try them out. I tried two browsers, two different computer - same problem, with firefox and chrome being the browsers. Please fix asap as i dont want to miss the discount price.
Thanks for your reply BTW, i am willing to give Capillogain a shot, hopefully it will be safe!! I am only worried truly about that Triaminodil given my bad experience of Minox sides
But my Neogenic gains have hit a wall, as it has only done limited thickening and regrowth and i want to cover my bald areas.

Unfortunately no amazon shop will ship Capillogain Tonic internationally. Amazon is working on that issue but I doubt they will manage to ship these kind of products in the near future, but who knows.Aks20 wrote:Amazon UK also gives this message: " We're sorry. Internally I m on fin.

Your application technique sounds correct.
Since the major working meachnism of Capillogain Tonic is most likely not related to a Minox effect, you may benefit from adding a Minox product. However, it should also work without adding Minox and it already did work for several people without adding Minox; my colleague doesn´t even use Fin.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
what fuzz wrote on amazon about capillogain!
In 20 years best product I have used!
I have used this product for 2 months now and have been balding for 20 years. I am seeing small hairs in areas that have not produced hair since the beginning of my hair loss. I am really excited about what I will see in the upcoming months on this product. I will also be adding the PDG2 blocker by Iron Dragon Pep tides next month. I have also been using Capillogain on my eye brows and all the lighter brow hairs are black now and growing rapidly....
Cheers,
FUZZ

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
Been using this for around 2 weeks (once a day) now only on the vertex (wanted to just check for any sides) where there is a balding patch. No adverse reactions so far and dries up very quickly leaving no residue. Also find I don't need to use too much. It is quite 'watery' in its consistency so does spread quite well. Will start using it on the hairline as well and maybe start using it twice a day

SLR,
Will you sell the Capillogain Shampoo through Amazon as well? If so, do you have an ETA on when this might be available?
Thanks!

Hello Synthese.
Was the above a typo? So, you INCREASED the Triaminodil percentage in the second batch?
Also, is the Triaminodil encapsulated with the other actives or is it just dissolved in the solution?
Thanks!

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
It is not a typo. We increased the concentration of Triaminodil to 0.5% but won´t increase it any further. 0.5% is still 10 times less than the common 5% solution. Our vehicle is superior to the common 5% solution vehicle indeed but it is not only superior with regard to penetration but also with regard to skin retention and therefore, and because of the 10 times lower concentration, we don´t expect people to experience any Minox-typical sides and so far only one user reported small sides that vanished.megan999 wrote:SyntheseLabRat wrote:

The so-called entrapment efficiency is not 100%. In other words, a fraction of each ingredient is encapsulated and the other fraction is not encapsulated. However, it has been shown that the vehicle increases also the penetration of the non-encapsulated fraction into the skin.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
Hi Joely, did you experience any sides or a shed?
I ask as I have had sides from Minox and Fin in the past, and while Minox worked for me, it came with a lot of baggage (ruined my skin & accelerated my balding when i stopped). With Fin, I had a bad experience - so again, sensitive to antiandrogens.
And being a NW-3 V, I can't afford a heavy shed.

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
Synthese,
i just opened one of my four (4) bottles recently purchased and received. Visually, the solution appears completely different from the product i had in my first two (2) bottles. This solution is different in color (more pinkish rather than the original orange-brown); solution is also milkier and i also notice dark suspended particles in solution when i grab the product in the dropper. Are these normal characteristics of the new batch of Capillogain?? what has changed in this formula from the batch i had been using? i can take pictures of the two solutions if necessary, but i do have to admit i'm quite surprised at the difference in the solutions and am really interested to know if this solution is ok (or possibly spoiled during transport) and what/why changes to the formula were made?
thanks in advance..

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
We increased the concentration of some ingredients. We reached the solubility capacity of the vehicle and the dark particles stem from a small fraction that didn´t dissolve anymore. There is no problem with the new batches besides that you may have a little residue on your skin from that undissolved fraction.SW2 wrote:Synthese,

Re: Capillogain® Tonic
I found additional photos made by babarbea:
http://club.doctissimo.fr/babarbea/5-mo ... 79798.html
Compare his new photo with his before photo:
http://club.doctissimo.fr/babarbea/5-mo ... 645302-jpg
His skin looks better now and the new hairs are not small vellus hairs anymore and they are pigmented. The angle and the light is different, maybe that´s why the hairs appear pigmented now.
The new photo is not after 7 months, it is after about 4 or 5 months I guess. He is talking about the coming 7 months in the headline of that photo.

@swissTemples
I tried the tapping technique by myself and it may work. However, I suggest you do the tapping 2 or 3 times in a row. Wait a short time in between the applications until you have the impression most of the liquid has been absorbed by your skin. This way the skin might be soaked well enough.
