Unfortunately, I don't know any physicians in the state of Ohio who specialize in "burning saclp". I suggest that for starters, your sister go to a dermatologist and listen to what he/she has to say about her condition before jumping to conclusions. After the dermatologist diagnoses her condition and explains her what options she has, it may be the right time for her or you to discuss it further.
