Dr. Jones is among the first physicians in North America to add micro follicular unit extraction (FUE) - scalpel-free hair transplants to his practice. He has been practicing from his hair transplant center in Oakville (near Toronto) Ontario for many years, but since he started using the micro follicular unit extraction technique he has become a leader in the field.

Women hairtansplant
HI Doc,
why men are so lucky when it comes to hairtransplant?. I pity women more than men coz women have no choice other than rogaine and hair replacement system. I can understand why women are not good candidate for hairtransplant but what saddened me most is not even a single hairtranplant doctor try to find a solution for them. Do you think that hairtransplant doctor should try to find a way to do the hairtranplant on women despite they have a limited donor hair or find a way how to use other people hair as a donor?. sure u will say that the body will reject it but can someone out there try to create something to stop the body to reject it?. I think the problem is the transplant doctor are just too afraid of taking risk when doing it on women. If everybody are afraid of doing it on women then nobody will know how to do it on women. All this while doctors are experimenting on men and why not on women and see if its work. I am pretty sure that they are so many women volunteer (knows consequences when doing it) outthere who willing to undergo the transplant but no doctors are willing to give it a try. women are suffering all along and some willing to commit suicide but nobody understand. So Doc, how do you feel all about this?.
Thank you
elsie
Hi Elsie,
Women can also undergo hair transplants. About 20% of my surgeries are on females. Platelet Rich Plasma is also an option for women,
