hair loss and thinning due to skin disease treatment of steroids
hi i am a frontal scleroderma patient and for that i had used kennacort injections at my head after which my hair has got really thin and is coming out pretty fast...none of my parents had the hair loss issue and now a days i am using hair gro capsules..please let me know what i should do do make this hairloss stop and thicken my hair
Unfortunately, it sounds like those injections might have caused some harm to your hair follicles. Hopefully, the situation is temporary and the hair will return to its regular state in a few months. I recommend that you have a consultation with a hair restoration physician to evaluate the situation and track the regrowth. There are ways to non-invasively enhance the growth of the hair in that area, once the injections have stopped. If you would like more detailed info, please email me at doctorb@baumanmedical.com.
Sincerely,
