My child is running a fever and has blister like sores in her mouth. We took her to our doctor and he told us it was a virus. He told us to treat it with over the counter med's and mentioned she would be feeling better within a few days. We are now going on the 5th day and she still feels horrible.
My question is... Have you heard of this virus? If so, How would you treat this? (I know you probably can't give us a lot of info over the internet. But, it would be nice to see if someone else has any more ideas on how to make a child comfortable while they are ill.) Thank you for your time.
