hair loss caused by conditioner
my girlfriend has been experiencing a strange amount of hair loss recently whenever she uses conditioner, a problem that has never ocurred in the past. she said nothing falls out when she uses shampoo, but only when applying the conditioner does she experience any problems. she has been trying different conditioners to see if that would help, but so far it doesnt seem to be working. her hair is also very brittle and falls out easily now. is there any reason as to why using conditioner has made her hair fall out and has made it so fragile?
Dear Alex,
I have not heard of conditioners causing hair loss or brittle hair unless it is a conditioner that is used to relax the hair. Please have her use a gentle conditioner.
