Eyebrow hairloss

Question

I had my hair highlighted in March 2004. Bleach from the highlighting got on my eyebrow and went unnoticed. It turned blonde in the middle first then by 3 months it fell out. My question is will this ever return? Are there any treatments to help this? I am really bothered by this and would like to know my options. Thank you, Lisa
