Generic Finasteride
Hi,
I'm a 21 year old male from the UK and I've been experiencing moderate hair loss throughout the front and centre of my scalp since about 18 months ago. Recently I have started to take generic finasteride (1mg) called Finpecia manufacured by Cipla (http://www.cipla.com/ourproducts/Dermatological%20products/finpecia.htm). I purchased it from www.qualitygenerics.com, and I've been on it for about 3 months but I havent seen any significant improvements yet. Is there any reason why I should doubt the effectiveness of this generic finasteride (1mg Finpecia), as opposed to the original finasteride (1mg Propecia)?
Please explain. Many thanks.
Abdul,
Both should be equally as effective. Both are finesteride, the same drug,
