Question

Would permanent makeup on small bald spots hurt my scalp? Would photorejuvenation help? Thank you

Answer

Permanent makeup will not hurt your scalp, but remember that the makeup is permanent and very difficult to reverse. I do not understand your question for photorejuvenation. Help for what purpose?
