Daily shampooing, good or bad?

Question

Hi I have seborrheic dermatitis and I shampoo twice a week with Nizoral and the rest with a normal shampoo. I use to shampoo my hair every day(with a normal shampoo) since seborrheic dermatitis makes my scalp oily, but switched to every other day because my doctor told me it causes more harm then good to my hair. I was just wondering what you would recommend?

Answer

I like my patients to shower daily with Nizoral Shampoo alternating with Head and Shoulders Extra-Strength Shampoo to control the seborrheic dermatitis.
