"baby hairs"
is there a way of knowing the difference between a "baby hair"/shrinking/thinning hair and a hair that is actually growing and replacing a hair that has been shed?
This is a difficult question since baby hairs could remain baby hairs or grow longer and thicker over time resulting in terminal hairs. But one could not tell if that baby hair will be converted into a healthy growing terminal hair.
