Question

I use hair gel everyday and every morning i shampoo with Charles Worthington Result shampoo. Is what i'm doing bad for my hair??? is their a better shampoo that you can recommend...thank you

Unfortunately I am unaware of this shampoo and could not recommend a shampoo since I have no knowledge of what purpose you need a shampoo.
