seborrhea and revivogen
I had an itchy/burning scalp and was diagnosed with secorrhea by a dermatoligist. I don't have any flakes but I have experienced an extreme diffuse thinning of hair over the past 4 months. My hair became very limp throughout the top of my head during the time when it was burning. The dermatologist perscribed me novo-minocycline antibiotic pills as well as capex shampoo. The burning has stopped after use of the two, but my hair continues to fall and is still itchy and oily. I am wondering if I can use revivogen and trichomin to stop the thinning?? Also, can I take saw palmetto extract, L-lysine or beta-sitosterol?? I have asthma and I have allergies to fish and milk.
Revivogen and Trichomin are used for male pattern hair loss. Your dermatologist has diagnosed you with seborrhea. Therefore I would not recommend that you use these other products. Please visit your dermatologist to follow up on your care. You may want to add a tar shampoo or nizoral shampoo in addition to topical steroids for your seborrheic dermatitis.
