Hi again Dr. Khadavi, Do thickening shampoo's really work? I have never once seen a thickening shampoo that says naturally thickens. May you please give me some information on thickening shampoo's and how they're suppose to work? And also, do you have any tips on finding a good quality shampoo for your hair needs whether it be cheap or expensive.

Dear Jerry, A shampoo only thickens the hair while you use it. These shampoos do not thicken the hair permanently. They contain proteins that attach to the hair follicle to make the appearance of the hair thicker.
