Confused about nizoral shampoo
Nizoral shampoo is supposedly good at helping with inflammation and dandruff that accompanies hairloss. You said to avoid sodium lauryl sulfate which is in nizoral shampoo. So should nizoral shampoo be avoided? what frequency of use?
Nizoral should be used every other day for the approximate time needed to control the dandruff on the scalp. I usually recommend that the product not be used for more than two months.
