Dear Dr. I am a 40 year old women. I had my toubs tied 11 years ago. now the last time I had my cycle. was the first week of january. I have had the tests done and they all say negative. but all of the sings are there what could be going on. I am a mess about this PLEASE HELP I did want a baby even though i have 4 all ready
