Fue Hair Transplant For African Americans
I am a 33 year old African American woman and over 20 years ago I damaged my
hairline. I was about 11 or 12 years old when I damaged it. I wore really tight ponytails
and rolled my hair on rollers too tightly. I thinned out my hairline as well as the area just above the top of my ears. The area just above my ears receded about a half inch on both sides. I have kinky curly hair. I have
had to live with my thin hairline for over 20 years and I was wondering if a FUE hair transplant
would be effective for my condition. My receding hairline
goes back about a 1/2 inch in most places and the worst area is on the left
side, which goes back about 1 inch. My hairline isn't completely bald either--it is just really thin and so it has a "balding" look to it. I think I would probably need about 300 - 400 grafts. I do not have female
pattern baldness. Could you tell me about how much it would cost to fix my
hairline? I know you would have to see me to give me an exact amount but I
would appreciate it if you could give me an approximate amount.
Thank you and have a nice day
