side effects
i was wondering if any of the side effects produced from the use of propecia can be permanent, mainly sexual side effects.
I recently saw a dermatologist who prescribed me 1mg of propecia a day and none of the side effects were mentioned to me aside from what i have found online.
also, is it true that once who stop taking this drug that it takes one year to reach the point where you started taking the drug?
i am somewhat nervous about taking propecia, because i hardly have any hair loss, maybe about a fourth of an inch receding from my frontal hairline....
Dear Steve,
The side effects of decreased libido is usually temporary although I have heard reports that it may be longer lasting. It depends the amount of time it takes to return your hair to what it was prior to starting the treatment. This experiment has not been performend.
You may want to initiate a topical anti-DHT treatment like Revivogen if you are worried about the bodily side effects.
