Hi, I had been picking my frontal scalp for more than 5 years, and now there are so many white heads on my frontal scalp. I also experience some degree of reseeding hairline. Could you please tell me what I should do with the white heads and will the white heads lead to future hairloss? Also, did the picking result to the reseeding hairline? Thank you

Picking your hair can cause permanent hair loss. It is essential that you stop to preserve your existing hair. If you stop, the whiteheads should go, Dr. Robert Jones
