Dr. Jones is among the first physicians in North America to add micro follicular unit extraction (FUE) - scalpel-free hair transplants to his practice. He has been practicing from his hair transplant center in Oakville (near Toronto) Ontario for many years, but since he started using the micro follicular unit extraction technique he has become a leader in the field.

FUE vs. Strip
Dr Jones:
My question is with regards to the transplant procedures after the donor hair is removed. I'm concerned that grafts from a strip are multi-hair grafts and therefore not as natural looking. Is the method of preparing and transplanting the donor hair different if the donor hair is harvested by FUE or strip? Are the donor hairs all transplanted in single or 2 hair grafts, or can this only be done with FUE? Are all grafts from a strip procedure transplanted as 1 -2 hair grafts? Thanks.
Hello,
The grafts from fue and strip are identical, so the results from either procedure are very natural. With both methods, we transplant 1, 2 and 3 hair grafts,
