Receding Hair line
Dear Doctor,
I hope you can help. I am a 31 year old male and, I have noticed a small amount of receding hair along my temple and front hair line. This has been occurring slowly for about a year now. I have been taken Saw Palmetto and Rogaine for about 3 months now and have noticed no significant changes. I have just started to take Revivogen, I will let you know how that turns out. Is propecia an option or should I just make an appointment with your office. I live in Florida. I appreciate your time and advise, Thank you.

The standard-of-care for the treatment of male pattern hair loss is, first and foremost, PROPECIA. Saw Palmetto has NEVER been shown to have an effect on hair loss.
An in-person consultation is always recommended. In my office we can do a complete scalp examination, including medical photos and densitometry. We can then determine the best course of action to help you reach your hair restoration goals.
