lower leg hair loss
I read a question from another male that you tried to answer but didn't have enough info. I have the same loss on the front of my lower leg around the sock line. It's shiny where the hair is gone which is only on the front side it has been like this for along time now more then ten years. I'm 36 years old & healthy, not over weight, don't smoke. I don't have diabetes or bad circulation or anything else for that matter. I just had a complete check up. Is there any thing that can be done for this kind of hair loss?
Thanks
Brian
Dear Brian,
This may be due to the sock irritating the hair or genetically you are proned to develop this since you are completely healthy. I would recommend that you not use tight socks or not socks at all for 2 months to see if it makes any difference.
