epidurals and hair loss
I relaxed and washed my hair a little while ago and in the process of drying it, it began to come out. It had started coming out some (not as much as it did today) after the birth of my third child (June). I had my daughter one day and the next morning I had a tubal ligation done where I was put under general anesthia because the epidural had worn off. My question is, is the epidural and the general anesthia just now really wearing off to cause a tremendous loss as this?
Hi Toya,
Any stress can cause hair loss, fortunately it is always temporary. Please be patient, it will likely grow back in the next 6 to 12 months,
In the meantime try some rogaine, it will help it come back a little faster,
