Facial Hair Loss

I've experienced for the last few months facial hair loss in small patches under my neck & beard. I'm 29 years old & I don't understand why it's thinning. Do you have a product especially for my needs? Thanks

This is due to Alopecia Areata. You should visit a dermatologist whom may give steroid shots to the area along with use of 5% minoxidil.
