eyelash hair loss
Twice in the last ten yaers I have lost almost all my eyelashes on both eyes. Eventually they grow back but looks quite strange. I try to full in the bald area with eyeliner which helps some but was wondering if this is do to a vitamin deficieny.Both times it has happened I have dealing with major stress, sleep deprivation, and chronic pain. Is there a vitamin supplement I could take to try to prevent this from happening again and to try to speed up the re-growth process. Thank you for your time and any help you have to offer.
