Leg pains

Question

I was just wondering if I could take a pill called leg cramps from a drug store? I think I may have restless leg syndrome. When I relax my legs start aching and I can't get them to stop for hours. I even can't sleep sometimes at night cause they ach. The only way they stop is if I keep moving them. Do you think I could have restless leg syndrome? Please let me know what you think it could be.
