hairloss on very back of head

Question

Does MPB cause some hairs to miniturize that are on the very back of the head such as the hair that makes up the horseshoe pattern? I think im seeing the itchy scalp and smaller thinner hairs where the hair is supposed to be resistant to DHT such as the very back and sides. Is this still MPB most likely?

Answer

MPB does not effect the back of the head: at the horseshoe area of the scalp.
