Saving my hair line
Dear Dr.,
I am an asian, 29 yrs old. I have noticed that I am losing hair in the temporal region of late. So, I went to a group by name "Hair Club" and I was given minoxidil(2%) solution and was told that it would work in over 90% of the cases.
So, I started using it for about a month and noticed that I was losing more hair on the right temple region now(before this visit, it was local to the left temple and now I see a general recession in hair quantity and quality). The vertex region is still good. No thinning there as yet(or, atleast, it appears so).
I would be extremely grateful to you if you could let me know if this can indeed be stopped and possible some of my hair regrown. Thanks.
Treating your hair loss begins with a consultation with a doctor, not a hairpiece company. Hair club specializes in wigs, weaves and toupees. For a thorough evaluation of your hair loss status and an efficient, effective treatment plan (not just over-the-counter lotions) you need to visit with a doctor who specializes in hair loss. Hair loss specialists can be found at www.iahrs.org or www.ishrs.org. If you would like more information about the advanced treatments available at my clinic, please visit www.baumanmedical.com
Sincerely,
Dr. B.
