too much falling hair

In response to your reply to my question last time, actually I don't have dandruff.It's just that if i'm using a regular shampoo, my scalp becomes itchy so I decided to use the one with the anti-dandruff just to prevent it. Right now I don't think my hair is thinning but I'm sure if my falling hair continues for the next few months, well of course, my hair will become thin.What should I do?

Dear Joy, I would use two anti-dandruff shampoos, alternating daily. Please use Head and Shoulders Extra Strength alternating with Nizoral Shampoo.
