Question

Somewhere I read that Minoxidil HCL is more effective than the usual Minoxidil, against baldness.Is it true? Is it safe to use Minoxidil HCL? Thanks a lot...

Answer

Minoxidil HCL is the same as Minoxidil since Minoxidil has to be conjugated with HCL to be delivered.
