Hair loss since my teens

Hello Doc. I have been suffering from gradual hair loss since my teens, I'm now 32, and I have receding hair line on front and thinning hair on the crown area. Ive used Rogain for quite sometime, (since I was 21), I have also recently tried Avacor, Laser hair treatment (hair max) however, nothing seem to help anymore. I've spent a considerable amount of money for the past 10 years, and I'm wondering if anything can help, or should just give up?

Answer

These products that you have used do not address the DHT factor in hair loss. You need to use an anti-DHT treatment like Propecia or Revivogen to reverse the thinning process that has occured.
