Medication hair loss
I have been taking medication for high blood pressure and every since that my hair has been thining in top and sides and some areas the hair is no longer there but a smooth hairless spot. My doctor said it could be from the medication. Is there anything I can do to stop this thining and lose of hair? Sometimes, my scalp itches but I do not have an flakes. It feel like something is biting me and I know there is no little bugs running around on my scalp.
You may have alopecia areata. I would see a dermatologist for a secific diagnosis. Good Luck.
