Right Frontal Thinning

I'm a 46 yr old male & noticed some thinning behind my right frontal hairline with a small bald spot. I ended a 7 month accutane course in Jan 2005. Could this be a residual effect? If not, would Propecia help? I'm concerned.

Answer

Most likely you have both accutane induced hair loss and genetic hair loss superimposed. Propeica would probably be useful.
