ingredients of shampoo SLS and ALS

Question

if we need to avoid sodium lauryl sulfate and ammonium lauryl sulfate, what kind of shampoo or brand of shampoo and conditioner do you recommend? because almost all the ingredients on shampoo they have SLS and ALS. does AVEDA is safe?

Answer
