Hairmax Lasercomb

Original Purpose or Use:

The lasercomb was designed from the get-go to help strengthen hair, and is currently in the process of getting FDA approved for treating hair loss. Based on what many individuals who have used it have told Morphollica.com, it is an excellent product and should be a part of every regimen.

FDA Approved?

Not yet, but Lexington LLC, the company that makes the lasercomb has applied for FDA approval.

Scientific Results:

The lasercomb is currently in FDA trials for approval in treating hair loss and has already been approved in some countries (Canada being one of them). Until the FDA results are published, the studies are not available, but the mere fact that FDA approval is being sought suggests that there is a high probability that it will be proven to have efficacy in treating hair loss. This is very exciting because if it's approved it will be one of only 3 treatments that are FDA approved for treating hair loss. The other two are Propecia and Rogaine.

Observed Results:

Morphollica.com has not tested the use of the Lasercomb, so we have not observed any results. However, we have heard from individuals in our forums that it has been beneficial for them. As well, Dateline NBC had a show on hair loss in which an individual who used it had good results from it.

Notes:

The Hairmax Lasercomb is the first product to use low level laser therapy to treat hair loss. It is supposed to be used regularly by combing it through the hair to shine laser light at the scalp and this apparently stimulates the follicles.

Side Effects:

Unknown, although I haven't heard of any side-effects from using the lasercomb.

Editor's Rating:

5/5

Gender:

Both

Approximate Price:

A new one costs $650, but when you think about how much it costs for other proven treatments like Propecia, you'll see that in the long run the lasercomb is actually very affordable as it is supposed to last longer than a decade. That makes the price of one about no more than $65 per year. Not bad for what many are saying in various forums has been very effective for them.

How to get it:

First of all, be careful because there are sites that sell similar sounding products based on light, but the lasercomb that is currently seeking FDA approval is called the Hairmax Lasercomb. You can order it online. Amazon.com is a great option because of their excellent commitment to service and delivery. We have provided the following link to you, from which you can be certain you are getting an authentic lasercomb. You can get it by clicking on the following link.
