Nizoral is of no help. Only stuff that's antibacterial helps. Yeah the folliculitis is painful and itchy. For hair regrowth I was using Xandrox 5% but had to stop since it was making me feel like crap. Now I only use Tricomin, Apple Poly spray, topical Spiro, Emu oil.
