Researchers at UC Berkeley have found a compound called 3,3`-diindolylmethane (DIM) that results from the digestion of broccoli, that is a potent DHT inhibitor. It has been shown to prevent the proliferation of prostate cancer cells and works by binding to the same receptor as DHT.
