Revivogen

Original Purpose or Use:

Revivogen's purpose is to inhibit DHT topically in the scalp, and also to act as a growth stimulant for hair. It is an alternative for people who do not want to use an internal treatment like Propecia or a topical drug like Minoxidil. It can also be used in conjunction with either of these treatments or both.

FDA Approved?

No (it's not considered to be a drug).

Scientific Results:

At this time there are no published scientific results showing the overall Revivogen treatment as regrowing hair or stopping hair loss that we are aware of. However, Revivogen's active ingredients have all been shown to be beneficial in either inhibiting DHT, acting as an anti-androgen topically, or stimulating hair growth. According to the creator of the treatment, Dr. Alex Khadavi, a study will soon be released showing its effectiveness.

Observed Results:

I have personally been using Revivogen now for 11 months, and have found it to be an excellent addition to my own regimen personally. I believe that it has substantially reduced my hair loss and helped to thicken and improve the appearance of my existing hair in the crown, temple and hair line.

Notes:

Contains the following active ingredients: Gamma Linolenic acid (GLA), Alpha Linolenic acid (ALA), Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, Azaleic acid, Vitamin B6, Zinc, Saw Palmetto Extract, Beta-Sitosterol and Procyanidin Oligomers.

Side Effects:

Unknown (I have personally not observed any side effects in my own use).
